- Añadir la nata y la leche sin dejar de remover
- Añadir el queso rallado, la sal, la pimienta y la nuez moscada al gusto. Remover
- Añadir las verduras que habíamos pochado antes en la sartén
- Verter toda la mezcla en el molde con la masa
- Llevarlo al horno a 180 grados arriba y abajo sin ventilador 30 minutos

- Dejarlo 15 minutos más a 180 grados solo abajo con ventilador. Degustar
