- Ahora cogemos la pieza de ciervo y la cortamos a trozos, trozos medianos porque la carne sino se queda dura al cocinarla. Cogemos sal, la ponemos en un papel de aluminio o tarrito pequeño, aceite de oliva virgen, una botella de agua... Y nos vamos de casa al monte a cocinar! ☺️
